BOTTOM LIVE: THE STAGE SHOW [1993]

After two successful series, Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmonson took a year off before going into a third series and took Bottom to the live theater.
It's a perfect transition from the screen to the stage, with the exception of a number of forgotten lines and accidental fist-to-face contact during their violent slapstick moments.  The only thing is, these mistakes make it even better with audience members yelling and laughing at the actors more than they would during a taped television episode.  Clocking in at an hour and 45 minutes, it's might bit long for home viewing but I'm sure it went by much faster if you were actually in the audience.
